The Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) is a major space research facility located in Thiruvananthapuram, India. Established in 1963, it is part of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and plays a crucial role in the development of launch vehicles and associated technologies. The center is named after Dr. Vikram Sarabhai, a visionary scientist and the father of the Indian space program.
