Viking Eggeling
Viking Eggeling was a Swedish artist and filmmaker born in 1880 and known for his pioneering work in abstract cinema. He is best recognized for his film Symphonie Diagonale, created in 1924, which is considered one of the first abstract films. Eggeling's work focused on the visual rhythm and movement of shapes and colors, emphasizing the relationship between sound and image.
