Upper SSAT
The Upper SSAT, or Secondary School Admission Test, is a standardized test designed for students in grades 8 through 11 who are applying to private high schools. It assesses skills in reading, verbal reasoning, and mathematics, helping schools evaluate a student's academic readiness.
The test consists of multiple-choice questions and an unscored writing sample. The Upper SSAT is divided into sections, including Quantitative, Verbal, and Reading Comprehension. Scores are used by admissions committees to compare applicants and make informed decisions about enrollment.
