Underhand Serve
The underhand serve is a basic serving technique used in sports like tennis and volleyball. In this method, the player strikes the ball with an underhand motion, typically using a relaxed grip. This serve is often employed to surprise opponents, as it can be less predictable than an overhand serve.
To execute an underhand serve, the player stands behind the service line and holds the ball in one hand while using the other hand to strike it. The goal is to send the ball over the net and into the opponent's court, ideally landing it in a spot that makes it difficult to return.
