USS S-29
The USS S-29 was a submarine of the S-class built for the United States Navy during the early 20th century. Launched in 1919, it was designed for coastal defense and had a displacement of about 1,000 tons when submerged. The submarine was equipped with torpedoes and had a crew of around 40 men.
Commissioned in 1922, the USS S-29 served primarily in the Pacific Fleet. It conducted various training exercises and operations until it was decommissioned in 1931. The submarine was eventually sold for scrap in 1934, marking the end of its service in the Navy.
