USCGC Paulding
The USCGC Paulding (WHEC-703) is a former high endurance cutter of the United States Coast Guard. Commissioned in 1966, it was primarily designed for search and rescue, law enforcement, and environmental protection missions. The vessel was named after John Paulding, a hero of the American Revolutionary War.
Throughout its service, the Paulding operated in various locations, including the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. It was decommissioned in 2014 and is now part of the Coast Guard's legacy, representing the dedication and capabilities of the service during its operational years.
