Tyrrell Racing
Tyrrell Racing was a British Formula One team founded by Ken Tyrrell in 1958. Initially starting as a constructor in the 1960s, the team gained prominence in the 1970s and 1980s, known for its innovative designs and competitive performance. Tyrrell Racing achieved its first World Championship title in 1969 with driver Jackie Stewart.
The team was recognized for its distinctive blue and white livery and its use of the six-wheeled Tyrrell P34 car, which competed in the 1976 season. Tyrrell Racing continued to participate in Formula One until 1998, when it was sold to British American Racing.
