Type One (Enneagram)
Type One, often referred to as "The Reformer," is one of the nine personality types in the Enneagram system. Individuals of this type are characterized by their strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and desire for improvement. They strive for perfection and often hold themselves and others to high standards, which can lead to feelings of frustration when things do not meet their expectations.
Ones are motivated by a desire to be good and to make the world a better place. They tend to be organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented, often seeking order and structure in their lives. However, their critical nature can sometimes result in rigidity and a tendency to be overly judgmental, both of themselves and others.
