Type 95
The Type 95 is a Japanese light tank that was developed in the 1930s and used during World War II. Officially known as the Ke-Go, it was designed to be fast and maneuverable, featuring a fully rotating turret and a 37mm gun. The tank was primarily used for reconnaissance and support roles, making it an important asset for the Imperial Japanese Army.
With a weight of around 7 tons, the Type 95 was relatively light compared to other tanks of its time. It had a maximum speed of about 30 km/h and was equipped with armor that provided basic protection against small arms fire. Despite its limitations, the Type 95 played a significant role in early Japanese military campaigns in the Pacific.
