Tsar Bell
The Tsar Bell, located in the Kremlin of Moscow, is the largest bell in the world. It was cast in 1735 and weighs approximately 202 tons. The bell was intended to be hung in the Ivan the Great Bell Tower but was never installed due to its immense size and the challenges of raising it.
The Tsar Bell features intricate carvings and inscriptions, showcasing the craftsmanship of its time. It stands at about 6.14 meters (20.2 feet) tall and has a diameter of 6.6 meters (21.7 feet). Despite its failure to ring, it remains a significant symbol of Russian history and culture.
