Touch Screens
A touch screen is a display that allows users to interact with a device by touching the screen directly. This technology is commonly found in devices like smartphones, tablets, and computers. Touch screens can detect the presence and location of a touch within the display area, enabling users to navigate menus, select options, and input data easily.
There are two main types of touch screens: resistive and capacitive. Resistive touch screens respond to pressure, while capacitive touch screens use electrical properties to detect touch. Both types have their advantages, making touch screens versatile for various applications, from ATM machines to smart home devices.
