Tirukkural
Tirukkural is an ancient Tamil text composed by the poet Thiruvalluvar around 2,000 years ago. It consists of 1,330 couplets, or "kurals," divided into three sections: Aram (virtue), Porul (wealth), and Inbam (love). The work addresses ethical living, governance, and personal relationships, making it a foundational text in Tamil literature and philosophy.
