Thurgood Marshall College Fund
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is a nonprofit organization established in 1987 to support students attending the 47 public historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in the United States. Named after the first African American Supreme Court Justice, Thurgood Marshall, the fund provides scholarships, internships, and professional development opportunities to help students succeed in their academic and career pursuits.
TMCF also advocates for the importance of HBCUs and works to secure funding and resources for these institutions. By partnering with corporations and government agencies, the fund aims to enhance educational opportunities and promote the success of African American students across the nation.
