Thomas Wolfe
Thomas Wolfe was an American novelist and playwright, born on October 3, 1900, in Asheville, North Carolina. He is best known for his semi-autobiographical works that explore themes of identity, family, and the American experience. His most famous novels include Look Homeward, Angel and Of Time and the River.
Wolfe's writing style is characterized by its lyrical prose and vivid imagery. He often drew inspiration from his own life, reflecting his experiences growing up in the South. Despite his literary success, Wolfe struggled with personal issues and passed away on September 15, 1938, at the age of 37.
