The Resistance
The Resistance refers to various movements and groups that oppose oppressive regimes or foreign occupations. Historically, it is often associated with the efforts of individuals and organizations fighting against authoritarian governments, such as during World War II when groups in occupied countries worked to undermine the Nazi regime.
In modern contexts, the term can also apply to social movements that challenge systemic injustices, such as civil rights campaigns or environmental activism. These groups often use nonviolent methods, protests, and grassroots organizing to advocate for change and promote democratic values.
