Test match
A Test match is a format of cricket played between two national teams, lasting up to five days. Each team has two innings to bat and bowl, aiming to score more runs than the opponent. The match is played on a large oval field with a rectangular pitch in the center.
Test matches are considered the highest standard of the game, showcasing players' skills and endurance. They are governed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) and are part of the ICC World Test Championship, which determines the best Test team over a series of matches.
