Temagami Railway
The Temagami Railway was a short railway line located in Ontario, Canada. It was built in the early 20th century to support the logging industry in the Temagami region, facilitating the transport of timber and other resources. The railway connected the town of Temagami to the larger railway network, enhancing access to remote areas.
Operational from 1906 until its closure in 1960, the Temagami Railway played a significant role in the economic development of the region. Although it is no longer in use, remnants of the railway can still be found, serving as a reminder of the area's industrial past.
