Tehillim
Tehillim, also known as the Psalms, is a book in the Hebrew Bible consisting of 150 poetic verses. Traditionally attributed to King David, these writings express a range of emotions, including praise, lament, and gratitude. They are often recited in both personal and communal prayers.
The Psalms are divided into five sections, each concluding with a doxology. They hold significant importance in Jewish worship and are frequently used in religious ceremonies. Additionally, Tehillim has been translated into many languages, making its themes of faith and devotion accessible to a broader audience.
