Tchoukball
Tchoukball is a non-contact team sport that combines elements of handball and volleyball. It is played on a rectangular court with two rebound frames at each end. Teams score points by throwing a ball against the frame, with the ball rebounding into the playing area without being caught by the opposing team.
The game promotes teamwork and sportsmanship, as players are encouraged to respect each other and avoid aggressive play. Each team has seven players, and matches typically consist of two halves. Tchoukball is suitable for all ages and skill levels, making it a popular choice for schools and recreational leagues.
