Tablighi Jamaat
Tablighi Jamaat is a global Islamic missionary organization founded in India in 1926. Its primary goal is to encourage Muslims to practice their faith more diligently and to spread the teachings of Islam to others. The group emphasizes personal development, community service, and the importance of following the Quran and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.
Members of Tablighi Jamaat often engage in outreach activities, visiting homes and mosques to share their message. They organize gatherings known as ijtimahs and encourage followers to participate in short-term missions, known as khuruj, where they travel to different areas to promote Islamic values and practices.
