T.K.V. Desikachar
T.K.V. Desikachar (1938-2016) was a prominent Indian yoga teacher and the son of the renowned yoga master Krishnamacharya. He played a significant role in popularizing yoga in the West and was known for his emphasis on adapting yoga practices to individual needs.
