Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin was the 52nd Da'i al-Mutlaq of the Dawoodi Bohra community, a sect within Ismaili Shia Islam. He was born on March 30, 1915, in Mumbai, India, and became the leader of the community in 1965, following the death of his father, Syedna Mohammed Jivabhai. Under his leadership, the Dawoodi Bohra community experienced significant growth and development, both spiritually and socially. He was known for his emphasis on education, community service, and the importance of maintaining cultural heritage. Syedna Burhanuddin passed away on January 17, 2014, leaving a lasting legacy.
