Swiss Romansh
Swiss Romansh is a Romance language spoken in the Grisons region of Switzerland. It is one of the four national languages of the country, alongside German, French, and Italian. Swiss Romansh has several dialects, with Rumantsch Grischun being the standardized form used in education and media.
The language has a rich history, influenced by Latin and the surrounding Germanic languages. Although it has a small number of speakers, efforts are being made to preserve and promote Swiss Romansh through cultural initiatives and educational programs.
