Swimming Caps
Swimming caps are tight-fitting head coverings made from materials like silicone, latex, or lycra. They are designed to keep hair out of the face while swimming, reducing drag in the water and helping swimmers move more efficiently. Caps also help protect hair from chlorine damage in pools.
In addition to their practical benefits, swimming caps are often used in competitive swimming events. Many swimmers wear them to display their team colors or logos, as well as to comply with regulations set by organizations like FINA or USA Swimming.
