Stoclet Palace
Stoclet Palace is an early 20th-century mansion located in Brussels, Belgium. Designed by the architect Victor Horta, it is a prime example of Art Nouveau architecture. The palace was commissioned by the wealthy industrialist Adolphe Stoclet and completed in 1911. Its intricate design features elegant interiors and a harmonious blend of art and architecture.
The palace is renowned for its lavish decorations, including mosaics by Gustave Moreau and furniture designed by Horta himself. In 2009, Stoclet Palace was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognized for its cultural significance and exceptional artistic value.
