Step-Family
A step-family, also known as a blended family, is formed when one or both partners in a relationship have children from previous relationships. In this family structure, the new partner may take on a parental role, while the children may have to adjust to new siblings and a different family dynamic.
Step-families can face unique challenges, such as navigating relationships with biological parents and managing differing parenting styles. However, they can also provide opportunities for growth, support, and love, as family members learn to bond and create new traditions together.
