St. Mark the Evangelist
St. Mark the Evangelist is one of the four authors of the Gospels in the New Testament of the Bible. He is traditionally believed to have written the Gospel of Mark, which is the second book of the New Testament and focuses on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
St. Mark is also recognized as the patron saint of notaries and glaziers. His feast day is celebrated on April 25th. According to tradition, he founded the Christian community in Alexandria, Egypt, and is often depicted with a lion, symbolizing courage and strength.
