St. Jadwiga
St. Jadwiga was a Polish queen and a significant figure in the history of Poland. Born in 1374, she became the first female monarch of the country when she was crowned in 1384. St. Jadwiga is known for her piety, charitable works, and efforts to promote education and culture in Poland.
