Spica
Spica is the brightest star in the constellation Virgo and is located about 250 light-years away from Earth. It is classified as a blue giant star, which means it is much larger and hotter than our Sun. Spica is actually a binary star system, consisting of two stars that orbit each other.
The name "Spica" comes from the Latin word for "ear of grain," reflecting its position in the sky. It is one of the 20 brightest stars visible from Earth and is often used in navigation. Spica is also notable for its rapid rotation, completing a full spin in just a few days.
