Snorkels
A snorkel is a simple device that allows a person to breathe while swimming underwater. It consists of a long tube that extends above the water's surface, enabling the user to inhale air without having to lift their head. Snorkels are commonly used in activities like snorkeling and scuba diving, where exploring underwater environments is desired.
Typically made from flexible plastic or rubber, snorkels come in various shapes and sizes. Many snorkels also feature a mouthpiece for comfort and a purge valve to clear water that may enter the tube. They are often used in conjunction with goggles to enhance visibility while observing marine life.
