Silom Line
The Silom Line is one of the two main lines of the Bangkok Skytrain (BTS), a rapid transit system in Bangkok, Thailand. It runs from the northern station at Bang Wa to the southern terminal at National Stadium, covering a distance of approximately 13 kilometers. The line serves key areas, including the bustling business district of Silom and popular attractions like Lumpini Park.
Opened in 1999, the Silom Line features 13 stations and connects with the Sukhumvit Line at Asok and Siam stations. It plays a crucial role in alleviating traffic congestion in the city, providing a fast and efficient mode of transportation for both locals and tourists.
