Siberian ibex
The Siberian ibex is a wild goat species found in the mountainous regions of Central Asia, particularly in Siberia and parts of Mongolia. It is known for its impressive curved horns, which can grow up to 1 meter long in males. These animals are well-adapted to steep, rocky terrains, allowing them to navigate their rugged habitats with ease.
Siberian ibex are herbivores, primarily feeding on grasses, shrubs, and other vegetation. They are social animals, often seen in groups, and are known for their agility and strength, which help them escape predators like snow leopards and wolves. Their population is currently stable, but they face threats from habitat loss and hunting.
