Siamese Tiger
The Siamese Tiger is a subspecies of tiger that was native to the regions of Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand. It is known for its distinctive coat, which features a lighter color with narrow black stripes. This tiger was adapted to the tropical forests and grasslands of its habitat, making it an important predator in the ecosystem.
Unfortunately, the Siamese Tiger is now considered extinct, with the last confirmed sighting occurring in the mid-20th century. Habitat loss, poaching, and a decline in prey species contributed to its disappearance. Conservation efforts continue to focus on protecting remaining tiger populations and their habitats.
