Shichi Fukujin
Shichi Fukujin refers to the seven gods of fortune in Japanese mythology. These deities are believed to bring good luck and prosperity. Each god has unique attributes and is often depicted in traditional art, celebrating their distinct characteristics and stories.
The seven gods include Ebisu, the god of fishermen and commerce; Daikokuten, the god of wealth; Bishamonten, the god of warriors; Benzaiten, the goddess of music and knowledge; Jurojin, the god of longevity; Fukurokuju, the god of wisdom; and Hotei, the god of happiness. Together, they symbolize various aspects of fortune and well-being.
