Sheikh Nazim
Sheikh Nazim, also known as Sheikh Nazim al-Haqqani, was a prominent Turkish Cypriot Sufi leader born in 1922. He was the spiritual leader of the Naqshbandi order, a well-known Sufi brotherhood. Sheikh Nazim gained followers worldwide, emphasizing love, peace, and the importance of spiritual development.
He spent much of his life in Cyprus and later moved to Turkey, where he established a significant following. Sheikh Nazim was known for his teachings on the importance of connecting with God and living a life of humility and service. He passed away in 2014, leaving a lasting legacy in the Sufi community.
