Shahrazad
Shahrazad is a legendary figure from the collection of Middle Eastern folk tales known as One Thousand and One Nights, or Arabian Nights. She is renowned for her intelligence and storytelling ability, which she uses to captivate the king, Shahryar, who has vowed to marry a new woman each day and execute her the next morning.
To save herself and other women from this fate, Shahrazad tells the king a series of enchanting stories, leaving each one unfinished at dawn. This clever strategy keeps her alive, as the king postpones her execution to hear the conclusion, ultimately leading to a transformation in his character.
