Sepak Takraw
Sepak Takraw is a traditional sport originating from Southeast Asia, combining elements of soccer and volleyball. It is played with a rattan ball and involves two teams of either two or three players. The objective is to hit the ball over a net using any part of the body except the hands and arms.
The game is played on a rectangular court similar to a volleyball court, with a net in the center. Players use impressive acrobatic skills to perform kicks, headers, and other maneuvers to keep the ball in play and score points against their opponents.
