Seo Taiji
Seo Taiji is a South Korean musician, songwriter, and producer, widely regarded as a pioneer of modern Korean pop music. He debuted in 1992 with his band Seo Taiji and Boys, which introduced a fusion of various genres, including rock, hip-hop, and techno, reshaping the Korean music scene.
His innovative approach and socially conscious lyrics resonated with the youth, leading to a cultural shift in South Korea. After disbanding in 1996, Seo Taiji continued to release solo albums and explore different musical styles, solidifying his status as a significant figure in the Korean entertainment industry.
