Semen Production
Semen production is a biological process that occurs in the male reproductive system, primarily in the testes. The process involves the creation of sperm cells, which are essential for reproduction. Sperm is produced through a process called spermatogenesis, which takes place in the seminiferous tubules of the testes.
In addition to sperm, semen contains fluids produced by the seminal vesicles, prostate gland, and bulbourethral glands. These fluids provide nourishment and a medium for sperm to travel during ejaculation. The combination of sperm and these fluids forms semen, which is expelled from the body during sexual activity.
