Screaming Trees
Screaming Trees was an American rock band formed in 1985 in Ellensburg, Washington. They were part of the grunge movement in the late 1980s and early 1990s, known for their blend of psychedelic rock and hard rock. The band consisted of vocalist Mark Lanegan, guitarist Gary Lee Conner, bassist Van Conner, and drummer Barrett Martin.
The band gained popularity with their albums, particularly "Sweet Oblivion" released in 1992, which featured the hit single "Nearly Lost You." Despite their success, Screaming Trees disbanded in 2000, leaving a lasting impact on the alternative rock scene. Their music continues to influence many artists today.
