Scott Frost
Scott Frost is a former American football player and coach, best known for his time as the head coach of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He played quarterback at the University of Nebraska from 1996 to 1999, leading the team to a national championship in 1997. After his playing career, he transitioned into coaching, gaining recognition for his successful tenure at UCF (University of Central Florida), where he led the team to an undefeated season in 2017.
In 2018, Frost returned to Nebraska as head coach, aiming to restore the program's former glory. Despite initial optimism, his tenure faced challenges, including inconsistent performance and struggles in the competitive Big Ten Conference. Frost was ultimately dismissed from his position in September 2022.
