Scilly Isles
The Scilly Isles are an archipelago located off the southwestern tip of England, about 28 miles from Cornwall. Comprising over 140 islands and rocks, only five of these islands are inhabited: St. Mary's, Tresco, St. Martin's, St. Agnes, and Bryher. The islands are known for their stunning landscapes, sandy beaches, and mild climate, making them a popular destination for tourists.
The Scilly Isles have a rich history, with evidence of human settlement dating back to the Neolithic period. The islands are home to unique wildlife and diverse plant species, including rare flowers. The local economy relies on tourism, agriculture, and fishing, contributing to the islands' charm and character.
