Sassafras Albidum
Sassafras albidum is a deciduous tree native to eastern North America. It is known for its distinctive, aromatic leaves, which can have three different shapes: unlobed, lobed, and mitten-shaped. The tree can grow up to 30 feet tall and produces small yellow flowers in spring, followed by blue-black berries that are enjoyed by various birds.
