Saint Felix of Valois
Saint Felix of Valois was a French priest born in 1127, known for co-founding the Order of the Most Holy Trinity for the Redemption of Captives, also called the Trinitarians. He dedicated his life to helping Christians who were captured and enslaved by Muslim forces during the Crusades.
Felix lived a life of prayer and service, emphasizing the importance of charity and compassion. He worked alongside Saint John de Matha, who shared his vision of rescuing captives. Saint Felix is celebrated on November 20, and his legacy continues through the work of the Trinitarians in various humanitarian efforts.
