Sahara Force India was a Formula One racing team based in Silverstone, England. Founded in 2008, the team competed in the FIA Formula One World Championship and was known for its competitive performance despite limited resources. The team was owned by Sahara India Pariwar and Vijay Mallya, who played a significant role in its development. In 2018, Sahara Force India entered administration due to financial difficulties and was subsequently purchased by a consortium led by Lawrence Stroll. The team was rebranded as Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team for the 2021 season, marking the end of the Sahara Force India era in Formula One.
