Saeed Anwar
Saeed Anwar is a former Pakistani cricketer, widely regarded as one of the best opening batsmen in the history of the sport. He played for the Pakistan national cricket team from 1989 to 2001, accumulating over 8,000 runs in One Day Internationals (ODIs) and scoring 20 centuries. Anwar was known for his elegant batting style and ability to play both pace and spin effectively.
In addition to his ODI success, Saeed Anwar also had a notable Test career, scoring more than 2,800 runs. He was part of the Pakistan team that won the 1992 Cricket World Cup. After retiring from international cricket, Anwar has been involved in coaching and cricket development, contributing to the sport in various capacities.
