SEAL Training
SEAL Training is a rigorous program designed to prepare candidates for the demands of being a Navy SEAL, a special operations force in the United States Navy. The training includes physical conditioning, combat skills, and survival techniques, focusing on teamwork and mental resilience.
The most well-known part of SEAL Training is Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S), which lasts about six months. It includes intense physical challenges, such as long-distance swims, obstacle courses, and night exercises, all aimed at testing the limits of each candidate's endurance and determination.
