SCRUM
SCRUM is an agile framework used for managing and completing complex projects, primarily in software development. It emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and iterative progress through short cycles called sprints. Each sprint typically lasts two to four weeks, allowing teams to deliver small, functional increments of a product.
In SCRUM, roles are clearly defined, including the Product Owner, who prioritizes tasks, the SCRUM Master, who facilitates the process, and the development team, which executes the work. Regular meetings, such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, help ensure communication and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
