Sørvágsvatn Lake
Sørvágsvatn Lake is located in the Faroe Islands, specifically on the island of Vágar. It is known for its unique optical illusion, as it appears to be situated high above the ocean, despite being about 68 meters (223 feet) above sea level. The lake is the largest in the Faroe Islands, covering an area of approximately 3.4 square kilometers (1.3 square miles).
