Royal Garuda Emblem
The Royal Garuda Emblem is the national emblem of Indonesia, symbolizing the country's identity and sovereignty. It features a golden eagle, known as the Garuda, which is a mythical bird in Hindu and Buddhist traditions. The Garuda holds a scroll in its beak inscribed with the national motto, "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika," meaning "Unity in Diversity."
The emblem also includes a shield on the eagle's chest, displaying five symbols representing the five principles of Pancasila, the foundational philosophy of Indonesia. The Garuda's wings are spread wide, signifying strength and protection for the nation and its people.
